What a beautiful sunny day. How was your weekend? We had some warm sunshine in our weekend, but still some rain. Friday night, my family camped out in our backyard. It was our 3 girls' first time camping out, and was a little chilly but they did great. They roasted some marshmallows for s'mores then went off to sleep. Saturday was a "just be out and soak up sun" kind of day, where we all just played outside. Sunday was another story, there was some sun peeking out but the rain came and stayed for quite some time. That didn't stop the kids from enjoying running around. They had a blast. Monday we had just a small cookout here at our house and it turned out to be a super gorgeous day. Sent 2 of my girls off to school this morning. One has a field trip to the Zoo today. They will be getting out for summer break on Friday. Crazy trying to think where the year went. Summer's coming

Summer is coming. What does that mean? Kids are home from school, warmer weather, swimming, picnics, more family time, and crazy households. Haha, maybe the crazy part is only my house. The end of this week is going to be insanely crazy for my house. My oldest daughter, who is 6, will be graduating kindergarten Thursday evening. I just can't believe that. Seems like just yesterday she was a teeny baby. Friday morning my middle daughter, who is 5, will be graduating Pre-K. They do still have just a few days after graduating to go to school, but them graduating is just unbelievable. I still have my youngest at home with me, and we have a few years before she starts school.
I did finally get an Avon shirt made, just in time to wear for one of my girls' graduations. I was so excited when my husband picked out the shirt and the letters, and he even put it all together for me. (I'm not a good one for making sure things are perfectly in line or even, haha) He measured it all out and made sure it's all even. Please excuse the crazy face and background.

It's plain and simple, but will stand out.

Pink is my favorite color, but for me to get out of my color comfort is a lot. I'm one of those that wears plain clothing, black and gray are my go to colors. This shirt though is what I need to get out there.

Hello Monday

I know, everyone dreads Mondays. It's just another day to start a new week, right? That's right!!! Monday is the start to a new week. If you want to be grumpy, then do it, but if you want to make a go of the week...then DO IT!!! The week will be what you make it, so get started on planning for a good week for yourself. I am getting myself ready to bring in some sales, and new friends. The Vendor event I attended yesterday wasn't too bad. I was happy to sell a few things, plus met some great people. It was a great experience for me, and I look forward to hopefully attending more.

It's Saturday night, and it's been raining most of the day. My husband dodged raindrops today to assemble the trampoline for the kids. He said he didn't want to put the padding on the springs because of the way it holds water, so I showed him the pool noodle idea. Fantastic Friday

   There went another week, and where is the time going? It sure is flying by! Summer break will be here before you know it, and kids will be home from school. I don't know if I am looking forward to summer or not. Just kidding, this will be my oldest two daughters' first summer break from school. So, for them it's going to be strange not getting up early for the bus. Although I can almost guarantee that my middle daughter will still be an early riser. Sleeping in just doesn't happen in her life. Summer will bring lots of family time, fun, and vacation. Amusement parks, zoo trips, swimming, and relaxing. What's your favorite thing to do during summer break?
    I am preparing for my first Vendor Event that happens to be my first event outside of my home. I'm pretty excited yet nervous as usual. I am working on signage and pricing my products to take along. This will be a great experience for me, and gives me a taste on what to plan for to set up in another Vendor Event. Wish me Luck :-)
