What a beautiful sunny day. How was your weekend? We had some warm sunshine in our weekend, but still some rain. Friday night, my family camped out in our backyard. It was our 3 girls' first time camping out, and was a little chilly but they did great. They roasted some marshmallows for s'mores then went off to sleep. Saturday was a "just be out and soak up sun" kind of day, where we all just played outside. Sunday was another story, there was some sun peeking out but the rain came and stayed for quite some time. That didn't stop the kids from enjoying running around. They had a blast. Monday we had just a small cookout here at our house and it turned out to be a super gorgeous day. Sent 2 of my girls off to school this morning. One has a field trip to the Zoo today. They will be getting out for summer break on Friday. Crazy trying to think where the year went.
